Narvel Weese serves as Mosaic Quarter Development’s Chief Financial Officer and coordinates with Mr. Knott on all aspects of facility development, construction and operations. Mr. Weese was most recently the Vice President of Administration and Finance at West Virginia University where he served in that capacity for 12 years. Prior to becoming Vice President of Administration and Finance, Narvel spent an additional 25 years at WVU in various facilities management, financial and development-related functions. While Vice President of Administration and Finance, Mr. Weese was responsible for the University’s $270M of public private partnerships, $290M redevelopment of its Evansdale Campus and over $1B in facility development and capital projects across all of the University’s campuses.
